You can also check the status of the Exchange server by contacting your Exchange server administrator. Sometimes I can remove the mailbox and re-add it and it starts working but not always. I have attempted to put Outlook 2013 in cached mode and without and still no change.So try to clear the offline items by following these steps: Resolution 2: Delete OST Files Outlook caches and stores email messages, calendar events and other items in Offline Storage Table (.ost) file. Currently our developers are working to support Outlook 2016.
